In Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Law, natural or legal persons who determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and manage the place where the data is kept systematically (data recording system) are called data controllers. Personal data owners (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant"), defined as the data subject in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, have been granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Information regarding how written requests will be delivered to us are set out below:

Your applications/request submitted to us will be answered within 30 days from the date of receipt of your request, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law. However, if the process requires a separate cost, a fee to be determined in accordance with the Law may be requested from the applicant. Our answers will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant Personal Data Protection Law.
