In order to make a request or exercise any of your legal rights regarding your personal data, you must submit a written request in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controller, published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 which dated 10.03.2018.

For applications made in accordance with the relevant legislation, the Bitget Türkiye will finalize the application within 30 days, depending on its nature, in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Your application in accordance with the terms and legislation will be accepted or rejected, determined in our sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws and policies, and such determination will be sent to you in writing by post or email with reasons underlying the decision. If a transaction resulting from such request requires an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied.
